Built in 2007, DSGP holds 18,000 and sits north of Denver with a sight line to the Front Range that no European groundskeeper could have drawn up. The pitch is at altitude — 5,100 feet — which the Rapids use and visiting teams spend the first half figuring out. Denver International is twenty minutes east. Red Rocks is forty minutes southwest if you're building a Colorado sports-and-music day properly.
